Our area is experiencing a severe drought, and water supplies are under significant stress. We are asking every customer to use water wisely and to do their part in conserving this shared resource. Small changes in daily use across our system make a meaningful difference. Household use only — outdoor watering is prohibited: As a reminder, our Terms of Service permit water service for household uses only. Using water for lawn and garden watering is strictly prohibited at all times, not only during drought conditions. Under our Terms of Service, “household use” means any use of water in the living area or living quarters of a house or other place of residence, whether the residency is temporary or permanent.
